How a Mobile Tire Call Works
From "I have a flat" to "I'm driving again" in four steps.
Our dispatch flow is built for the parking-deck reality: you can't always move the car, you might be on a level with a tight turn radius, and you probably don't know exactly what's wrong. We work with what you can tell us and we figure out the rest when we arrive.
Call or book online
Tell us where the car is — parking deck level counts — what happened, and whether you have a spare. We confirm pricing on the phone so there are no surprises.
Technician dispatched
We send the nearest mobile tire unit. Average ETA inside our service area is 38 minutes; weekends mornings can run longer because that's our busiest window.
On-site triage & repair
We arrive at your level, assess the tire, pull the nail or swap the spare, torque the lugs to spec, and verify pressure. Most jobs take 20–35 minutes end to end.
Receipt & follow-up
Texted receipt, emailed if you prefer. If we plugged a tire, we tell you the safe operating limits and remind you the plug still needs a shop inspection within 30 days.

Parking-lot flat (mall garage)
Construction nails in the Aventura Mall parking deck — Levels 2 and 3 are the worst. We meet you at the security desk, drive up to your level, and fix it without you needing to move.
No-spare tire
No donut, no sealant kit, run-flat that failed. We triage on-site: inflate if safe (non-run-flat only), tow if not, or roll the car to a nearby shop. Honest call, no upsell.
Highway blowout
I-95, US-1 Biscayne, or the William Lehman Causeway. Shoulder safety first, then dispatch. We carry the gear for most low-profile and OEM wheel sizes.
Sidewall puncture
Sidewall damage means the tire is done. We swap or tow — no plug, no patch, no false promise. The plug is a money trap on a sidewall.
Nail in tire
The classic — a nail or screw in the tread. Pull it, ream, plug from inside out, reinflate, torque, drive. Most jobs take 25 minutes from arrival.

Most mobile-tire operators won't come inside a parking deck because the access is tight and the call volume is low. We specialize in it. Aventura Mall, Turnberry, the Founders Park corridors, Biscayne Boulevard at NE 199th, Ives Dairy Road — these are our daily routes, not edge cases.
Our coverage map below shows the corridors where we hold a 45-minute-or-less ETA. Outside those corridors, we'll still come out — but the price is quoted, not flat.

How fast can you actually get to me?
Inside our core Aventura service radius — Aventura Mall, Turnberry, Founders Park, Ives Dairy, Biscayne at NE 199th, William Lehman — the average ETA is 38 minutes from the time you book. Weekends between 9 AM and noon are our busiest window and can run longer. We will give you an honest ETA on the phone.
Will you come inside a parking deck?
Yes. Most mobile-tire operators refuse decks because of tight turns and low clearances. Our trucks are short-bed and our technicians are trained to navigate garage levels. We'll meet you at the security desk, ride up with you, and fix it on the level where you park.
Can a plugged tire be driven normally?
A vulcanized internal plug is a permanent repair for a tread puncture — it is rated for highway speeds and normal driving. We recommend a shop inspection within 30 days because the plug needs to be checked once the tire has thermal-cycled a few times, but for the drive home and the next few days, it is fully safe.
What if I don't have a spare at all?
We run a triage call: $40, that gets applied to the actual repair. If we can inflate and drive the car to a shop, we do that. If the tire is unrepairable, we tow you to a shop of your choice. We do not sell you a tire on the shoulder of I-95.
Do you work on run-flats?
No — we don't service run-flat tires. We don't carry the equipment for run-flat mounting or replacement. If you've got a run-flat down, we can swap in your spare if you have one, or arrange a tow to a shop that handles them.
What payment do you take?
Card on-site, tap-to-pay, or a hold-first card on booking via Stripe. We do not accept cash in the parking decks — it's a safety thing, not a preference. Receipt is texted or emailed.
Are your techs certified?
Yes — Florida mobile-tire operator license, and every tech holds ASE T/TS certification. Proof is on request. Every technician carries photo ID and the job ticket shows the license number.
What's the difference between you and a tow truck?
A tow truck moves your car. We fix it where it sits. If your tire can be repaired on-site, you're driving again in 25–40 minutes. If it can't, we coordinate the tow to a shop of your choice — not the shop that pays us the most.
