Aventura Mobile Auto Care started in a NE 199th Street garage with a torque wrench, a manifold gauge set, and a stubborn idea: people shouldn't have to leave their parking spot to fix a flat or recover a dead A/C system. Five years and 4,000+ jobs later, that idea is still the whole business.
The first call came in July 2019 from a woman stranded on Level 3 of the NE 199th Street garage. Her daughter was crying in the back seat. The A/C had been blowing hot for twenty minutes and the right rear tire was hissing flat against a construction nail. She didn't want to drive on the spare — she didn't trust it. She didn't want to wait for a tow — the baby was overheating. She wanted someone to come to her, in her spot, on her level.
We showed up in 38 minutes. We swapped her tire, plugged the puncture, topped off her R-134a, and ran a vent-temperature test. She tipped us $40 and asked for a card. We didn't have one. We had a torque wrench and a manifold gauge set in the back of a Ford Transit. Three months later we had our first repeat customer.
Today the operation is bigger but the principle hasn't moved. We meet people where they are — literally on the level where they parked. Every job is dispatched the same way: a real technician, a fully stocked van, an arrival window you can plan around, and a flat price quoted before we roll.
