What determines your tire rate

  • Time of day — weekday evenings, weekend mornings, weekend nights all carry different rates.
  • Plug vs swap — a plug repair (when safe) is faster than a full spare swap.
  • Spare on board — if you don't carry a spare, we triage the situation in person before quoting a tow.
  • Level & access — meeting you at Level 4 Macy's wing vs. Founders Park is the same price for the work; the published rates below assume a normal mobile call.

A/C work, on its own pricing track

  • Three published services — Summer Refresh ($89.99), Rescue & Deep Vacuum ($189.99), and the Fair-Play Gauge Guarantee ($69.99).

A dead A/C in a sun-baked parked car isn't a "next week" problem — it's a today problem. We meet you at your parking level, run a vent-temp test before and after, and price the work from one of three published services.

EPA Section 608 & 609 — Required disclosure

Mobile A/C work involves refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and recharge under EPA Section 608 (stationary) and Section 609 (MVAC) regulations. Our technicians hold current EPA 608 Universal certification and EPA 609 MVAC credentials. We recover R-134a and R-1234yf with certified equipment, log every recovery, and never vent refrigerant to atmosphere. If your system is beyond economic recharge (compressor failure, evaporator leak, contaminated system), we will tell you before we touch it.

What the A/C lane does NOT cover Compressor replacement, condenser replacement, evaporator replacement, full hose replacement, electrical diagnosis beyond the A/C circuit, blend door actuators, cabin air filters sold separately. We're a mobile recharge and recovery service — not an in-shop A/C shop. If your repair is outside our scope, the diagnostic visit is on us and we'll point you to a trusted Aventura-area shop.

How You're Charged

Hold first. Work second. Receipt on the windshield.

We authorize a small hold on your card when you book (the hold is released if you cancel or decline). Once the work is done, we charge the actual published rate, hand you a paper or texted receipt, and you're back to your shopping, your meeting, or your drive home. No re-quoting mid-job.

The Stripe hold-first flow is the same for tire and A/C calls. We don't store your card on file beyond the single transaction, and we don't enroll anyone in subscriptions or recurring charges.
