Beach-parking swaps

Public lot at the pier, beach access 36, or the Newport fishing pier — we come to your spot. 15 minutes from dispatch.

A/C — beach-day rescue

Beach sun cooks condensers. If your cabin is blowing warm after a day at the sand, we come with gauges and freon. Same evening, $89.99 base.

Honest boundary: We don't carry a torque gun for lug torque specs — we'll tell you on the phone if your vehicle needs a shop for that. We do spare swaps and on-car repairs that don't need a lift.

Will the front desk let you in?

If you call ahead and tell the concierge a service vehicle is coming for your unit, yes. We have our COI on file with most Sunny Isles buildings. If yours is new to us, we'll text you our cert for the front desk.

Do you work in the guest garage or assigned space?

Either. Tell us which level and row — we pull in next to you. Some buildings restrict service hours; we'll work within them.

What about the public beach lots?

Public lots along Collins and the pier — yes. We meet you there. If you've paid the meter, no extra fee from us. If you're in a tow-away zone, move to a legal spot first; we'll wait on the phone.

Will my HOA charge me for a service truck?

Most Sunny Isles HOAs allow short-stay vendor parking for in-unit service. We don't block lanes or idle for hours. If your building requires a vendor pass, we have one — 24-hour turnaround.
