Most Aventura Mall call-outs are level-3 to level-6 swaps. You don't drive to a shop — we drive to your deck. The truck comes in, sets up at your spot, and you're back to your shopping or your office hour within an hour.
Service-vehicle routing — the mall's loading dock at the south side of the Macy's wing is the cleanest entry. We use it; tell us the level you parked on and we'll meet you there.
Ventilation is fine — garage levels are open enough for the engine-on A/C test. We don't need a roof.
No tow needed — flat, slow leak, dead A/C: we do it all in your parked spot. You don't move the car.

No. The truck comes to your level. We've worked on cars in every P-level of the Aventura Mall garage. If there's a building rule against that (rare on the public decks), we'd discuss it before rolling in.
Yes. Book a window and we show up in it. The flat doesn't get worse if it sits for 60 minutes. If it's actively deflating, swap the spare yourself and we re-rendezvous when you're done.
Same deal. The lot around the office park is easier than the garage — open air, easy truck access. We just need a flat-ish space near your car. Your office's loading zone is fine if security clears it.
Ask valet to leave the car at the closest ground-floor stall instead of the back of the lot. We service it there. Saves everyone time.
Yes. The truck is staged in the Aventura service zone. Most condo-tower calls are 8–12 minutes from the time you call to the time the tech is in your parking spot. We say 15 because that's the honest ceiling, not the average.
